Birth Support Package – $1,200
Pregnancy, Labor & Delivery, and Immediate Postpartum
Steady, personalized support from pregnancy through the first hours after birth—so you feel prepared, supported, and confident throughout the process.
What’s Included
- Prenatal Preparation
1–2 in-person visits to discuss your birth preferences, walk through what to expect, and practice comfort techniques. - On-Call Support
Continuous on-call availability leading up to your due date, so you have support and guidance whenever labor begins. - Continuous Labor Support
In-person support throughout labor with positioning, comfort measures, encouragement, and help advocating for your preferences. - Immediate Postpartum Care (First 2 Hours)
Support after birth to help you settle in, begin recovery, and transition into those first moments with your baby. - Ongoing Communication
Text and phone support during pregnancy for questions, reassurance, and quick guidance as needed.

In-Home Care During the First Weeks After Birth
Flexible, hands-on support to help you recover, rest, and adjust to life with your newborn.
Supported by training and hands-on experience with a focus on calm, practical care.

Help with feeding, soothing, diapering, and settling your baby so you can rest or focus on recovery. - Overnight Support
Care for your baby overnight so you can get uninterrupted sleep, with support tailored to your feeding preferences. - Light Household Support
Dishes, laundry, and general reset of your space so your home stays manageable during recovery. - Meal Prep & Nourishment
Simple, nourishing meal prep to keep you fueled without added stress. - Emotional Support & Check-Ins
A steady, experienced presence to talk through challenges, answer questions, and help you feel more confident day to day.
How it works:
Postpartum support is offered in flexible hourly packages (e.g., 10, 20, or 40 hours) and can be scheduled during the day or overnight based on your needs.
Pricing:
Daytime Support: $40/hr
Overnight Support: $50/hr
